She is also the Vice President of the Solano County Library Foundation and a board member for a non-profit in support of vulnerable and abused children, Child Haven. As a volunteer, Linda has supported local community organizations through her skills in bringing people together, building consensus and seeing projects through.Linda believes in creating mutually beneficial solutions whenever possible and has utilized this skill in her 25 year legal career. Before Linda retired she served as General Counsel for the California Dental Association and prior to that was a partner in an insurance defense litigation firm where she focused on the support of non-profit clients.Linda graduated from the California State University, Fullerton and continued on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she was a member of the staff of the Pacific Law Journal.
