Read moreGiselle Sorial has spent her career serving and advocating for those who can’t for themselves. From implementing the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) as a policy analyst to conducting needs assessments and translation services within the refugee camps during the crisis in Europe. During her time implementing the ACA, she saw first hand what it meant to have a great piece of legislation get lost in translation and application due to misguided media and politics. This inspired her to take her talents to the Clinton Campaign as a Director in the swing state of Florida. Giselle holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Public Affairs in Syracuse, New York. She is currently working for Assemblymember Sabrina Cervantes in southern California and currently sits as the Chair for Policy and Advocacy for the Southern California Public Health Association and TruEvolution Inc. She also serves as the Regional Political Director for the Inland Empire for the California State Democratic Party’s African American Caucus.
