Class of 2022 is graduating!

Please join us for a virtual celebration of the Class of 2022! This year’s class displayed grit and passion as they successfully completed the 6-month Emerge California candidate training. The Class of 2022 demonstrated who they are as leaders by showing up, building sisterhood, and leaning into their activism as future elected leaders. As our state and nation continues to grapple with the pandemic, racial injustice, and attacks against our democracy, we need them in elected office taking seats at decision-making tables now more than ever.

To honor their hard work and commitment to service, and to introduce them as the newest alumnae to the Emerge California community, we will be hosting a Graduation Celebration.

We invite you to support Emerge California and the Class of 2022 by joining us virtually! Guests may attend for free and have the option to contribute any amount in the name of a Class of 2022 Program Member.

We need Emerge California women in elected office now. If you would like to continue to support this movement, please consider sponsoring this year’s graduation. The Class of 2022 is comprised of Democratic women from across the state who are ready to step up and run to lead their communities. We invite you to join us virtually to welcome the newest members of the Emerge California sisterhood.

The Annual Welcome Reception, a fundraiser for Emerge California, allows us to recruit, train and empower Democratic women leaders to serve in elected office.

Today, nearly 200 Emerge California women serve in elected office, from statewide office and mayor to county supervisor and city council. Come meet your next elected official in the making and be part of this exciting movement!

Across the Golden State, you’ve seen all the incredible things Emerge California has accomplished. Whether it’s the trainings we’ve held, the elections we’ve won, or the work our 183 alums in elected office are doing, we’re beyond grateful for all the work we’ve been able to do so far. But did you know that we have 26 sister states who are fighting for Democratic women too?

Emerge Across America is a chance for us and our sisters to come together and highlight all we’ve accomplished this last year. We’ll showcase some of our amazing alums, hear from speakers such as the Honorable Sara Gideon, and feature a special address from Secretary Hillary Clinton!
