Berenice Ballinas currently serves as Chief of Staff to Anaheim Mayor Ashleigh Aitken. In this role, she is the senior advisor to the mayor on intergovernmental and community issues.
As a political professional, Berenice has worked for the California State Legislature, where she worked for state Assemblymember Adam Gray who represented the state’s Central Valley and state Senator Josh Newman who represents Orange County. Ms. Ballinas also worked on campaigns to elect members of the California State Legislature, United States Congress, and local offices. She resides in Orange County.
