Emerge California is currently searching for our next Director of Northern California Programs & Development.
This position manages all aspects of the Northern California Training Program & Engagement, including but not limited to, recruitment of program applicants, overseeing selection processes for program members, all aspects of the training program, and alumnae and donor engagement and support. This Director also holds secondary responsibility, after the Executive Director, for supporting overall Development strategy and execution, fundraising event execution, as well as donor follow up and cultivation and care.
