We inspire women to run, we hone their skills to win.

Since 2002, Emerge California has trained 1,000 Democratic women to run for office. Today, nearly 250 Emerge California alumnae serve in elected office throughout the state. When Emerge California alumnae run, they win nearly 70% of their races. As we prepare to celebrate 25 years of building Democratic women leaders, we're continuing to grow a pipeline that reflects California's communities.
