Paulina Miranda lives in Fresno California, located in the Center of the Sate. She is originally from Mexico with roots in Los Angeles and San Diego California.
She was studying in Mexico City, in the School of Chemist, at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), in Mexico City, Mexico, and earned a Bachelor in Chemist-Biology-Pharmacist. She continued doing her studies of Master in Industrial Administration at the same school.
In San Diego, she was elected PTSA President, in Castle Park High School, Chula Vista, CA: her focus was in “the integration of the parents in the HS system, and she also helped with the develop of programs for the parents that did not speak English. In conjunction with UCSD, Paulina participated in the implementation of a program in English and Spanish, to motivate the HS students in continue their education and going to the University.
She also was Treasurer, in the Buchanan Complex, Middle School, in Clovis, CA.
Chula Vista, CA, Council Member, Mary Salas, nominated her for Woman of the Year. Sam Pack, Chairman of the Fresno County Democratic Central Committee (FCDCC) awarded her, like a Shine Star, for her “unbounded energy in precinct Get OUT THE VOTE activities, administration skills, and devotion to duty”.
She is member of the Democratic Party. In The Fresno County, Democratic Central Committee, she was an elected member for the Supervisorial District Fifth and First. She was also elected Officer of the Democratic Party in Fresno County, like a Treasurer, and appointed like a Strategic Chairwoman. During the last 9 years of hard work a gap of 24,000 of registered republicans was turned down. With the support of the California Democratic Council, (CDC), where she was elected Trustee and Controller, She helped to build five more Democratic Club in the Fresno County, whose were reporting to the FCDCC.
