Prior to founding her firm in 2001, Madeline served as public health director for Marin County and held management roles with Kaiser Permanente, including administrator of the Santa Rosa Medical Center. Madeline’s civic involvement includes: vice chair of the Novato Planning Commission, chair of the Novato Community Strategic Plan Oversight Committee, co-chair of the Novato Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, and member of the Novato Ad Hoc Budget Advisory Committee. In addition, she is the 2006 president of the Society for Professionals in Healthcare, and chairs the board governance committee for the Marin Education Fund.Madeline earned an MBA from CSU Sacramento, an MS in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a BA in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley. She and her husband moved to Marin County in 1993 where they raised two children.
