She has developed herself into a community leader since 2008 and currently serves as the president of the Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Her purpose of serving others, is very much aligned in her work as a Community Outreach Officer for Travis Credit Union. Doriss is also a member of Voceds Unidas de Solano, a local grassroots organizations which offers resources and a voice to underserved populations, primarily undocumented immigrants. She has a true passion for her community and has a standing commitment to its improvement.
