Christiana Dominguez is an attorney in Blanning & Baker’s Sacramento office providing legal representation to client organizations and their members.
Dominguez specializes in labor law experience. She has represented clients in administrative hearings, arbitrations, and in state court as well as aided in the day-to-day enforcement of contractual rights and the protection of employees’ due process rights.
Early in her career, she served as a Jesse M. Unruh Assembly Fellow in the office of Speaker Herb J. Wesson, Jr. where she worked on policy to fund local government anti-terrorist programs, create the California Memorial License Plate, and increase access to higher education.
During law school, Dominguez focused on political, election, and municipal law, paying special attention to the relationship between the legislative and judicial branches. She also clerked for top California political and election litigation firms Reed & Davidson in Los Angeles and Nielsen, Merksamer, Parrinello, Mueller, & Naylor in Marin.
Dominguez holds a law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and graduated cum laude from Claremont McKenna College with a degree in Government and a focus on leadership studies.
